Create Contract
The responsible user can start a creation workflow with predefined contract templates. Assigned departments can add or modify specific content. Responsible users will review and approve the contract before it is send to another party.
Scan Contract
The user will scan signed and returned contracts. The CMM recognizes specific content and will autofill corresponding data fields. Automated contract assignment and workflow generation is handled by the CMM.
Control Contract
Responsible users have instant access to all their contracts. Workflows and corresponding alarming messages are sent automatically by the CMM for upcoming deadlines, termination or extension periods. In case of required changes responsible users and departments have sufficient time to take action.
Archive Contract
At the end of the lifetime of a contract all information is archived based on statutory requirements with individual flexibility. Instant access to all data is even guaranteed during archive time.
